Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 12-15 business days after payment confirmation via a tracked courier service.

- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are issued minus a £30 administration fee and postage costs after the item is returned.
